We are so grateful for your inquiries about how to help our hourly employees. With 15 restaurants and rooftop bars across the country, we have over 500 hourly employees in our Collective family.  It took us some time to respond because we were trying to determine the most effective way to deliver that help, complicated because our restaurants are not centrally located. Here is our plan and we are ready when you are:

• We've created a GoFundMe for each of our restaurants

• We will convert those funds into cash cards and are currently researching electronic delivery to make the relief even faster

• Although we’ve set fundraising goals for each restaurant over two weeks, we are grateful for any support you can give on any schedule

• We are also brainstorming other in-house ways of support, but that varies from community to community

With this in place, our priority is to reopen our restaurants and return these workers—as well as all our employees—to their jobs and you to your favorite tables.

As I tell every single member of the Charlie Palmer family, this is not an end. It is a bridge and we will step off on the other side.
